The Institute holds five types of memberships open to those involved in the Property Settlement industry in Western Australia.

Associate Members are Licensed Settlement Agents (Conveyancers) and make up the main body of the Institute Membership.  Associate Members are licensed through the Settlement Agents Supervisory Board and have strict conduct guidelines set down by the Institute to ensure quality and service.  Click here to view a list of Associate Members.

Affiliate Members are other industry members not regulated by the Settlement Agents Supervisory Boards, such as Software Providers, Solicitors offices and Insurance Brokers.  Affiliate Members. Click here to view a list of Affiliate Members.

Corporate Membership is based on having an Associate Member in Bona Fide control of the Company and allows all staff members to access the Institute's facilities and member information.  Many Settlement Agencies will have more than one one Conveyancer and Corporate Membership ensures that all staff have the latest information and guidelines.  Click here to view a list of Corporate Members.

Student Members are those working towards achieving their Settlement Agents License, the Institute encourages students with discount rates, assisting them with their studies and providing many training seminars.  Click here to view a list of Student Members.
